According to the relevant person in charge of the Shandong Federation of Trade Unions, this activity is a national demonstration activity of "China Dream · Labor Beauty" model workers entering the campus, hosted by the Shandong Federation of Trade Unions and Shandong Youth Political College. The event invited Yang Shouwei, a national model worker and the vice president of Weifang Children's Welfare Institute, Cheng Ping, a great craftsman, the head of the welding team of the Dezhou Power Plant Maintenance Department of Huaneng International Power Co., Ltd., Zhang Baoguo, a first-class model of the national public security system and the first level director of the police technology of the special patrol detachment of Jinan Public Security Bureau, to give a speech.

In the propaganda, three model workers told stories of their struggle to create extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions with simple and sincere language. The wonderful stories were told in the mind and heart, which shocked the hearts of the teachers and students at the scene.
