At the press conference, Guo Baozhen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice President of the Henan Provincial Court, first released 10 practical measures to love the people. These measures cover such aspects as unblocking online case filing channels, promoting local settlement of common and frequent disputes at the grass-roots level, carrying out legal publicity and education for minors, making real-time implementation information available to applicants for enforcement, establishing a credit repair mechanism for dishonest persons, gradually promoting full coverage of lawyers' representatives in criminal appeal cases, reducing the cost of dispute resolution for the masses, and realizing automatic online refund of litigation fees.
