According to the property management staff, an important reason is that a centralized charging shed on the second floor underground and above the ground in the community can meet the needs of residents for charging and parking.

In Dinglijiayuan Community, Zhu Huaxing caught a resident charging in violation of the regulations.

After careful observation, the reporter found that the lady took off the electric bicycle and held it in her arms in order to "cover" the battery in her hand, which was seen by the sharp eyed fire supervisor.

"We have a small charging shed downstairs, but there is no place." The lady looked embarrassed. The reporter saw along the direction of her finger that a shed with six charging ports was full of cars. As the resident said, it is difficult to find a public area for charging facilities in Dinglijiayuan Community because of the original planning. The whole community has more than 400 electric bicycles, but only more than 50 charging interfaces. It is hard for residents to get a single charge.
