In October 2022, the Beijing Public Resources Trading Service Platform released the construction prequalification announcement of the project, which shows that the project has been approved for construction by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the tenderee is Beijing Guolong Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a construction period of 492 days. But more than a year and a half has passed, and the residents are still surrounded by walls and ruins.

The reporter noted that in 2023, some residents had reported the problem to the relevant departments, and said that it was inconvenient for children to go to primary school, and hoped that the relevant parties could urge the construction to start as soon as possible. Chaoyang District Education Commission once replied that the project is still in the early stage of land formalities, and construction has not yet started.
