It is understood that this competition includes two types of work: bus driving and maintenance. A total of 75 contestants have been selected at different levels, and they have emerged from more than 16000 bus drivers and more than 2000 repairmen to participate in the final. Among them, the driver competition includes six items: theoretical knowledge, on-site emergency handling of simulated emergencies, driving skills, energy conservation and consumption reduction, routine maintenance operation (including troubleshooting), and service skills.

In addition to the first, second and third prizes, the competition also set up "Women's Award" and "Rookie Award", aiming to explore skilled talents from multiple channels and perspectives. The repairman competition is the first time to use pure electric new energy models, and the first time to use team competition, highlighting the wide application of new energy technology, and the competition organization is also close to the national competition.

At the activity site, Zhu Jinyu, the winner of Chongqing May Day Labor Medal, Liu Yanjun and Zhang Hongmei, the most beautiful bus drivers in China, were also commended, the second batch of Chongqing "Bus Heart Posthouse" was awarded, and the good bus representatives and front-line bus employees who are happy to help others and brave to do good deeds were also given condolences.
