The opening ceremony began with an entrance ceremony. The athletes, dressed in beautiful and neat clothes, waved team flags and shouted passionate slogans, marched into the stadium with firm and powerful steps. Then, the whole audience stood in awe and the solemn national flag raising ceremony was held. Then, wonderful large-scale performances were staged in turn. The cheerful group calisthenics, the combination of hardness and softness of Taijiquan, and the energetic Run Together and other programs not only demonstrated the versatility of the staff, but also demonstrated the positive spirit of Puyang people in the new era.

According to reports, the Games are large in scale and rich in projects. There are 15 major events and 25 minor events, including basketball, table tennis, football, tug of war, badminton, etc. 118 delegations and 5768 athletes from all government agencies, enterprises and institutions, township offices, and advanced manufacturing development zones in the county participated in the Games. The purpose of holding this staff sports meeting is to comprehensively display the uplifting spirit of Puyang County's cadres and workers, further stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and workers for entrepreneurship, and contribute more to the high-quality development of Puyang County.
