From May 15 to 21, the Federation of Trade Unions of Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Inner Mongolia, carried out a comprehensive household inspection of 14 families of employees in financial difficulties.

During the visit, the staff made a detailed investigation of the family information, employment situation, children's schooling situation, major family expenses and the causes of poverty of the needy workers, filled in the Checklist for Home Visits of the needy workers, and sent them rice, soybean oil and other consolation products to encourage them to have confidence in overcoming difficulties.

In the next step, the Federation of Trade Unions of Oroqen Autonomous Banner will continue to be a "close person" for the staff and workers with heart, emotion and strength, continue to improve the archives of the staff and workers in difficulties, give play to the role of the trade union organization in helping and demonstrating, and create a good atmosphere of caring for the staff and workers in difficulties, based on the monitoring and early warning of the family living conditions of the staff and workers in difficulties and the centralized action to prevent them from returning to poverty.
