CAMCE News At 7:00 p.m. on May 22, the training class of "improving quality and skills" was opened in Lingdatang Linggong Distribution Center, Baohe District, Hefei, Anhui Province. Xia Li, a national model worker and driver of the Second Bus Company of Hefei Public Transport Group, Meng Lingyi, a lecturer of Hefei Workers' University, and Lu Jinbing, a senior engineer, were invited to the training course for publicity and training.
"A lot of times, good service means asking passengers more questions." In the lecture, Xia Li shared his career and growth insights. With more than 20 years of bus driving experience, he never had a responsible service complaint or safety accident. He drove nearly 600000 kilometers safely. Whenever he met passengers in need of help, he always lent a helping hand. Xia Li said that there was once an old man with mobility problems who wanted to get off at the station. He asked the old man in detail where he wanted to go. When he learned the destination of the old man, Xia Li enthusiastically told her to sit one more stop, and the next stop was closer to the destination of the old man. "Although it was just a sentence, it made the old man walk a lot less, and I felt the joy of helping others." Xia Li said with a smile.

In the training class, she lectured on the theme of "aspire to be a fighter in the new era", encouraging everyone to set up their ideals, realize their self-worth, and integrate their personal ideals into the times. "If you are worried about your old age and low education, I can tell you that there was a 52 year old migrant worker student in our Workers' University last year." Meng Lingyi said with a smile. She encouraged everyone to love their jobs, practice their skills, and strive to become "Four Haves" workers with status, achievements, skills and ambition.
As the "resident guest" of Lingdatang temporary workers' distribution center, Lu Jinbing once again did a safety training for everyone that night. As an expert in the construction field, he is often invited to train temporary workers on safety production knowledge and relevant laws and regulations on the construction site. He told everyone that with the rising temperature, outdoor operations must pay attention to heatstroke prevention, take care of your health, and be the first responsible person for your health.
The temporary workers who participated in the training said that they had benefited a lot from learning and training, and understood the importance of improving quality and skills. Next, they would train seriously, study hard, and realize their self-worth with practical actions.
It is understood that this training course lasts for five days. In addition to theoretical courses such as basic knowledge of safe production and construction in winter and summer, it also includes practical courses such as key points of use of small construction machines and tools, aiming to prepare for the next regional "temporary craftsman" skill contest.
