The first China Youth Tennis City Challenge provincial tournament is being held all over the country. The China Youth City Challenge uses sports events to drive the integration of sports and education, promote the new ecology of sports consumption, create city sports cards, activate regional consumption and development, and inject vitality into urban development.

The China Youth City Tennis Challenge is co sponsored by the China Tennis Association and the China Student Sports Federation. With the slogan of "Our City, Our Tennis", it is the first youth tennis team event with the core concept of "building urban glory and helping urban development". As the highest CTJ group points competition in China's youth tennis events, the competition has two events, men's and women's groups, U14 and U16 age groups. The event is divided into four levels, namely provincial level, regional level, regional level and national finals. It aims to tap the reserve talents of excellent youth tennis to the greatest extent through layer by layer selection, cultivate new forces that can be expected in the future, and continue to provide excellent talents for Chinese tennis.

The 2024 Zhongqingcheng Provincial Competition has been held in Yunnan, Chongqing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Shandong and other places before. Young players from all over the country sweat on the court, and tennis enthusiasm continues to rise.

Dali Station, the provincial event of the China Youth City Challenge (Yunnan) launched in April, attracted 207 athletes to participate, setting a new high in the number of teams and participants in all previous youth tennis events held in Yunnan. On May 18, Yunnan continued to use the competition as a medium, and the Kunming leg ignited the battle. The Kunming Station in Yunnan was held at the Haigeng Sports Training Base in Kunming, attracting 63 teams and 232 athletes, which set a new record again. It is worth mentioning that this competition attracted young ethnic minority players from all over the world, who showed their football skills and national style together, leaving a different landscape for the Dianchi Lake.

The China Youth City Challenge once again came to the south of the clouds, igniting the tennis dream of teenagers again. The event not only brings tennis into the public's view and enables citizens to experience the charm and vitality of tennis at zero distance, but also enables urban development and creates the concept of urban honor system. Through the team event system promoted layer by layer, we will continue to integrate urban elements and sports public welfare, and further promote the development and popularization of tennis in Yunnan.
