In view of the highly professional nature of the production, operation and use of special equipment, a third-party professional inspection and testing organization will conduct regular inspection and testing in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and technical standards, and timely eliminate potential risks, which will become a crucial link. In practice, some inspection and testing institutions are derelict in their duties due to the lack of standardization awareness on the one hand and the lack of professional ability on the other. To this end, the action plan will focus on improving the service capacity of inspection and testing institutions, especially from the aspects of standardization and specialization, and promote the whole industry to strengthen the construction of business style.
