On May 16, Zhong Chengsheng, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and executive vice chairman of the Jining Federation of Trade Unions in Shandong Province, led a team to form a research group, and came to Zoucheng Transportation Logistics Park, the Second Construction Co., Ltd., and the Automobile Maintenance Association to carry out the "four grassroots" research activities.

During the activity, in the transportation logistics park, the research team and a delegation inspected the construction of the "driver's home" position on the spot. Through the introduction of the relevant person in charge, they learned about the use of the site in detail, and had a discussion with the representatives of truck drivers to deeply understand the current situation of the freight industry and the actual needs of truck drivers.

Then, in the Second Construction Company, the research team and the delegation inspected the construction of staff's bookstores, staff gyms, loving mother's cabin and other staff's recreational and sports activities on the spot, got a comprehensive understanding of the role of Wusheng Model Worker Innovation Studio, had a cordial discussion with front-line staff representatives and solicited their opinions.

Finally, at the Automobile Maintenance Association, the research team and its members met face to face with representatives of the Association, learned about the development process of the Association, listened to the report of the Association on the organizational structure, business work development and honors, answered the policy questions raised by the Association, and discussed the current problems faced by the development of the automobile maintenance industry.

Through the survey, Zhong said that in the future, the Jining Federation of Trade Unions will regularly carry out grassroots research activities, effectively solve the difficulties, practical problems and troubles of workers, and contribute to the high-quality development of the city.
