On the same day, the arbitrators of Haidian District Arbitration Court revealed the common employment traps to the students through vivid cases and answered their questions on the spot. Since 2021, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Haidian District has continuously strengthened the human resources and social services of colleges and universities under its jurisdiction to promote graduates and other key groups to improve their employability. Cooperate with colleges and universities to jointly promote the prevention and resolution of labor and personnel disputes. The district has established 14 mediation organizations in Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China and other colleges and universities, recruited 67 college teachers, personnel management personnel and other mediators, and jointly mediated and handled more than 700 labor and personnel disputes in colleges and universities, involving more than 100 million yuan. We have jointly built an industry university research cooperation platform with China Institute of Labor Relations and other universities, set up an off campus internship base, and guided college students to participate in the auxiliary work of labor and personnel dispute resolution. More than 200 internships have been provided. Cooperate with Peking University, Central University of Finance and Economics and other universities to discuss the hot and difficult issues of labor disputes such as competition restrictions and new employment patterns, and conduct complementary cooperation research. With Beijing Forestry University, China University of Political Science and Law and other universities, we carried out two-way exchange activities such as law lecture hall, open court and mobile court. Through court trial observation and interactive Q&A, more than 750 people were trained through case study to promote practical talent cultivation.

On the same day, after the "Beijing People's Social Security · Policy Direct Train" series of propaganda activities, the municipal and district people's social security departments, teachers and student representatives also carried out in-depth discussions and exchanges around the theme of "policy direct train service face-to-face". The students made an active speech and put forward their own opinions and suggestions focusing on the accuracy and timeliness of the human resources and social security policy publicity. The staff of the municipal and district human resources and social security departments listened carefully, responded to the students' questions and suggestions on the spot, and said that the next step will continue to improve the service level of university employment policy publicity, and escort college graduates to take the first step into society.
