Yuan Xiaoyan has been engaged in nursing for nearly 30 years, and has been serving the elderly for 17 years. Yuan Xiaoyan was recruited here and became the first batch of nurses in the elderly care center.

Yuan Xiaoyan's husband, Yao Shengkai, runs an enterprise. After work, he also insists on taking part in his wife's volunteer activities to help the elderly.
