In order to improve herself more comprehensively, she specially established a "detection database" for herself to record the "difficult and miscellaneous diseases" encountered one by one. In September 2023, Wang Chunmei, on behalf of Aviation Industry Group, participated in the composite material "Jialiqi Cup" national employee vocational skills competition jointly sponsored by the China National Defense Posts and Telecommunications Union and Anhui Federation of Trade Unions. "Now, we are studying how to organically combine cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and robots with nondestructive testing technology to carry out technological innovation and upgrading, reduce the labor intensity of manual testing, improve the consistency of testing quality, and effectively avoid artificial omission and miscalculation".
In order to further promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of automated and intelligent nondestructive testing and evaluation of aviation composite materials, Wang Chunmei, following the footsteps of the seniors, assumed the responsibility of leading the NDT skills of the Composite Material Center of the Aviation Industry Manufacturing Institute. Wu Fei, 43, is the first shift leader of the operation and maintenance department of Tianhao New Energy Company of Jiangxi Fengkuang Group. He likes to be honest in his work and always asks why he meets problems. In half a year, he put forward three rationalization proposals in succession, which were adopted by the company and solved three major potential safety problems.
Not long ago, he found that the outdoor steam pipeline of Tianhao New Energy Company, which uses the waste heat of the coking plant to generate electricity and produce steam, would cross each other if the drainage was not properly done. Drainage is water condensed from steam in various steam pipelines and steam consuming equipment. Due to the different drainage pressure of each channel, the drainage flow with low pressure will not come out or flow out slowly after being interlocked, which is very likely to cause potential safety hazards. After careful analysis by Wu Fei, he put forward the first reasonable suggestion to the company: add expansion collectors for outdoor steam pipeline drainage to avoid mutual drainage.
After the first rationalization proposal was adopted, Wu Fei was more energetic in proposing rationalization proposals. Due to the increase of thunderstorm weather, the number of times for employees to open steam valves during aerial work has greatly increased. How can the frequency of aerial work in bad weather be reduced? He looked for information and consulted other technicians in the same industry, and finally found a reasonable way. He put forward reasonable suggestions on adding electric control valve to the new high pressure steam parallel valve to reduce frequent aerial work. After demonstration, this proposal was immediately implemented in March this year. Now, employees in thunderstorm weather no longer need to work at heights and manually open the regulating valve.
After the second rationalization proposal was adopted, Wu Fei put forward the third rationalization proposal in his work: in the outdoor noise environment, the interphone has a large interference, so the interphone should wear more earphones to improve communication efficiency.
