According to the person in charge of relevant departments and bureaus of the Market Supervision Administration, this is the first normative document in the field of online auction, filling the institutional gap in online auction management. The guidelines adhere to the consistency of the online and offline auction supervision system, clarify the main responsibilities of online auction platform operators, and propose specific suggestions to encourage the innovative development of online auctions.
For further compaction of the main responsibilities of the platform, the guidance has made a series of provisions: first, verify and register the identity of online auction operators, auction license, cultural relics auction license and other information within the platform; Second, dispose and report the illegal auction information in the platform according to law; Third, for the auction categories of cultural relics and other franchised businesses, online auction platform operators should improve their professional audit ability and internal control system construction, and strengthen the dynamic inspection and timely disposal of illegal transactions.
