Adhering to the combination of theory and practice, the training scientifically set up courses such as "Emphasizing the Key Points and Grasping the Essentials to Do a Good Job in the Protection of Trade Union Rights and Interests in the New Era", "How to Do a Good Job in the Use and Management of Central Finance Funds and Helping Workers in Difficulties", "Improving People's Livelihood and Welfare and Improving People's Quality of Life", and "Actively Carrying out Energy Level Collective Negotiation to Promote the Improvement of Wages, Quality and Efficiency through Technology", The case teaching allows students to immerse themselves. Participants in the training said that the training benefited a lot. They will raise awareness, apply what they have learned, take the initiative, overcome difficulties, and contribute to the promotion of the city's trade union rights and interests protection work to a higher level.

During the training, the trainees were also organized to watch red films, and discussed and exchanged ideas on how to ensure the rights and interests of the new era. Relevant leaders of the Rights and Interests Protection Department of Henan Federation of Trade Unions also went to the first 24-hour intelligent post station in Anyang for investigation and guidance.

At the graduation ceremony, the relevant responsible persons of Anyang Federation of Trade Unions commented on the learning and training, and made arrangements for 24-hour intelligent post stations, improving the quality of life of employees, collective negotiation and centralized offer action, and assistance for employees in difficulty.
