From May 21 to 24, it was jointly sponsored by Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation and Sichuan Disabled Persons' Federation, and co organized by Chongqing Disabled Persons' Comprehensive Service Center, Sichuan Bayi Rehabilitation Center, Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital, and Sichuan Hearing and Language Rehabilitation Center, The 2024 Chengdu Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Service Skills Competition (final) co organized by Chongqing Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Association was held in Chongqing Disabled Persons' Gymnasium.

This skill contest is divided into two stages, the preliminary and the final. There are five categories of competition items, namely, hearing, intelligence, speech, autism and assistive devices. Each competition item will be awarded one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes. The preliminary contest was conducted by submitting entries (video or PPT). More than 630 front-line professional technicians from 59 municipal, prefectural, district and county disabled persons' federations in Chengdu and Chongqing participated in the contest. After preliminary selection, 144 contestants from 48 city, prefecture, district and county teams entered the final contest. The finals will be held in the form of on-site written examination and knowledge contest, and experts in the rehabilitation of disabled children in Chengdu and Chongqing will serve as judges. They will fairly and impartially judge the professional skills and expertise of the players during the competition.

This competition is a platform to comprehensively demonstrate the technical level, good mental outlook, teaching design ability, language expression ability and classroom control ability of rehabilitation professionals for disabled children in Chengdu and Chongqing, and has played a positive role in improving the level and quality of rehabilitation services for disabled children.
