It is understood that the minutes of the meeting mainly include establishing a high temperature guarantee mechanism for riders, ensuring that riders can obtain reasonable income in hot weather, strengthening the high temperature early warning response and the construction of the sunstroke prevention post network, strengthening the distribution of heatstroke prevention materials, organizing riders to participate in the "Ankang Cup" competition, providing health examination and demand care for riders, holding the celebration of "7.17 Knight's Day" We will improve the regular consultation and coordination mechanism with riders and other specific measures to effectively solve the problems that riders care about in their work and life. It is reported that in recent years, Meituan has actively innovated the form of negotiation and coordination of new employment forms through communication channels such as rider talks and product experience officers, collected the urgent problems of riders and implemented improvements. So far, 330 rider talks have been held nationwide, covering nearly 80 cities, with more than 4000 riders participating, and collected more than 180 feedback questions from riders, Nearly 50% of them have been improved.
