For 32 years, Sun Chengshun has gone through 8 positions in Qujing Cigarette Factory of Yunnan China Tobacco Hongyun Honghe Group. Because of his deep love for electrical technology, he obtained a bachelor's degree in mechatronics through self-study, and passed the exam to transfer from a packaging machine operator to an electrical repairman in the filter rod forming workshop.
After working as an electrician, Sun Chengshun found that programmable logic controller (PLC) was widely used in the forming machine equipment, but he did not know much about its working principle. In 2004, when Sun Chengshun was on a business trip through Beijing, he found two English textbooks from a bookstore. Having never learned English systematically, he was not afraid. He picked up an English dictionary and began to learn electrician related English knowledge and PLC principles.
From these two original English textbooks, over the years, the electrical books he chewed have been piled up to more than 4 meters high.
In order to closely combine theory with practice and constantly enhance his hands-on ability, Sun Chengshun spent money to buy a set of PLC equipment and transformed a room at home into a studio. Every day, except for going to work, eating, and sleeping, he would not come out of the studio. He followed the instructions in the book step by step to improve himself every minute. The hard learning experience has become a time that Sun Chengshun cherishes and appreciates in his heart, and helped him achieve his future career glory.
In the filter rod forming workshop, in order to solve the big problem of cigarette filter rod circumference control, Sun Chengshun carefully studied and speculated. After six months of hard work, he finally successfully developed the "filter rod laser circumference online control system" and obtained a national patent.
When developing a plasticizer bubble detection system for a filter rod forming machine, he learned from the bubble elimination method in the infusion tube, and overcame the problem that the plasticizer bubbles could not be detected in the production of cigarette filter rods for a long time. The project also filled the blank of plasticizer bubble detection for tobacco filter rod forming equipment.
In the tobacco production workshop, when nine sets of finished tobacco box transport trolleys were put into operation, there were often sudden braking, inaccurate positioning and other phenomena. After three months of hard work, he led his colleagues to complete seven technical transformations, solved problems that could not be solved by the equipment manufacturers, made breakthroughs in the bottleneck of the logistics system of the tobacco overhead warehouse, and improved the overall efficiency of the system by 10%, It is the first time to realize unattended operation in the industry.
The technological innovation and equipment innovation led and participated by Sun Chengshun has brought tens of millions of yuan to the factory.
The eighth national tobacco industry model worker file records that Sun Chengshun is a breakthrough in overcoming difficulties.
