In view of the above situation, with the help and guidance of the team, Chongchuan District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province innovated the form of full truck drivers to join the club, and launched the "Happy Express" special line to join the club across the province.
On April 26, the team, together with the provincial, municipal and district federation of trade unions, went to Chongchuan District of Nantong to carry out research and participate in the development of members on the spot. We took the Chongchuan "Yunman 'Happy Express'" special line to join the association, and drove into Rengang Neighborhood, where there were many truck drivers, such as China Hualiang Logistics Group (Nantong Hualiang Transportation Co., Ltd.), Zhongxiu Neighborhood Fangtian Logistics Facilitation Point. We listened to the drivers face to face, actively publicized the benefits of joining the association, and welcomed them to join the trade union family.
Master Zhang Daohao, from Bozhou, Anhui, is 56 years old and has been working for more than 20 years. Master Zhang said that he uses Yunman driver's app almost every day. "Recently when I used the app, I saw the 'Man Gonghui' membership port, but I still hesitated to join the club," said Master Zhang. We introduced the benefits of membership to him and the surrounding truck drivers, communicated and explained the information service fee concessions and other issues they raised, and finally guided them to fill in information to help them "join the club at one click". After that, we had a discussion with truck driver representatives and platform operators to further summarize and sort out the difficulties and obstacles in the work of membership landing.
Through this on-board survey, I realized that the promotion of the establishment and membership of the Association of Freight Car Drivers and the right protection services are mutually reinforcing. This work requires us to constantly broaden our thinking, strengthen innovation, take advantage of opportunities, integrate resources, find the right starting point, focus and starting point for the whole work, and be a good "mom" for truck drivers.
