The meeting stressed that we should strengthen the ideological and political guidance, carefully organize the theme activity of "Chinese Dream · Labor Beauty - Solidarity and Soul Forging to Follow the Party in a New Journey of Solidarity and Struggle", solidly carry out the work of "model workers and craftsmen into campus and ideological and political teachers into enterprises", and consolidate the common ideological basis of workers' solidarity and struggle. We should promote the in-depth development of trade union reform, carry out the special work of "the year of strengthening trade unions at the flag and county levels", deepen the work of leading cadres of trade unions at the grass-roots level, strengthen the construction of "small three level" trade unions, so that the masses of workers can truly feel that trade unions are the "home of workers" and that trade union cadres are the most trusted "mother family" and close friends of workers.

The meeting requested that we should deepen the reform of the construction of the industrial workforce, carry out in-depth thematic labor and skills competitions in various forms and with different characteristics, carry out large-scale vocational skills training, on-the-job training, and technical competitions, and organize workers to contribute to the high-quality development of the autonomous region. We need to work hard to warm our hearts, conscientiously perform the basic duties of rights protection services, highlight the protection of workers' economic rights and interests, expand the effectiveness of "group organizations to do practical things", continue to build trade union brands such as warmth giving, workers' assistance in difficulties, medical mutual assistance and security, highlight the work of building new employment forms of workers' associations and rights protection services, and further promote the "Warm Border North Xinjiang Travel" condolences activities, We will do a good job of targeted assistance from trade unions to help revitalize the countryside, continue to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations, and constantly enhance the sense of gain, happiness, and security of workers and the masses.

The meeting conveyed and learned the spirit of the speech of Sun Shaocheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at the symposium on "several corners" of the Yellow River and high-quality development. The meeting stressed that trade unions at all levels should continue to deepen the industrial workers' action of "protecting the mother river and planting green plants in northern Xinjiang" by taking the development of new quality productive forces as a guide and carrying out in-depth labor competitions for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin in various forms and with different characteristics; Establish an innovation studio alliance for model workers and craftsmen in the Yellow River basin, and carry out joint research on innovative projects relying on craftsmen colleges at all levels; Ways and measures such as doing practical things and doing a good job for the workers and the masses of the Yellow River basin in depth and detail, giving full play to the role of the working class as the main force in promoting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, and demonstrating the role of trade unions in promoting the major national strategy of the Yellow River.
