On May 18, the "Labor Union Accompanies Joyful Jilin" special recruitment activity for college graduates was held in Changchun Vocational and Technical College. This activity was jointly sponsored by Jilin Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Education. In recent years, the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Jilin Province have attached great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates in Kyrgyzstan. The provincial federation of trade unions has actively cooperated with Zhilian in recruitment, created a "Leye Jilin" employment service platform, and deepened the "one-stop" services such as live post leadership, video recruitment, remote interview, and contract employment. Since the launch of the platform last November, 1279 enterprises have settled in, 45000 students participated in the recruitment, and more than 10000 people found jobs through the platform.
This recruitment activity was widely launched and carefully organized by the trade unions of various industries in the province, and more than 1000 enterprises in the province actively participated in it, covering various industries such as automobile equipment, industrial manufacturing, cultural and sports tourism, energy and chemical industry, construction materials, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, digital information, and a total of more than 5000 jobs were provided. At the event site, the reporter saw that many college graduates and employers face to face "double selection", and staff answered questions "one-on-one" to help job seekers understand relevant policies and enterprise information.
