From April 2023, the Tianjin Federation of Trade Unions started to implement the working system of "I work with front-line workers". In the past year, trade union cadres at all levels in Tianjin have made nearly 600 speeches, visited more than 1200 times, made nearly 3000 friends, worked more than 600 times, and solved more than 650 practical problems. Understanding the thoughts and expectations of the staff and workers is an important prerequisite for trade union organizations to solve problems and do practical things for grass-roots workers. Trade union cadres at all levels in Tianjin go deep into the grassroots front-line, work with front-line workers, chat with them face to face, and make friends. It is obviously helpful to solve the problems of front-line workers and provide them with more accurate and considerate services. In the long run, more trade union cadres and front-line workers stand together, want to work together, and fully ask the workers, which is also conducive to the grassroots trade unions to find the direction to improve the quality and efficiency of services, so that the work of the "mother family" can be further improved.
