The meeting stressed that trade unions at all levels should strengthen organizational leadership, educate and guide the majority of trade union workers and the masses of workers to effectively integrate their thoughts and actions into the spirit of important instructions. It is necessary to strengthen learning and training, and organize the majority of trade union workers to deeply understand the spiritual essence and practical requirements of important instructions through centralized learning, discussion and exchange, class training and other ways. It is necessary to widely publicize and preach. Through the model worker group, the trade union newspaper, "two micro and one end", staff bookstore, workers' cultural palace and other positions should be given full play to, so as to promote the spirit of important instructions into the mind and heart and create a strong atmosphere of learning and implementation.
