The meeting stressed that we should continue to focus on organizing the majority of employees to make contributions, closely focus on the five major tasks and "six projects" of the autonomous region, extensively carry out labor and skill competitions, as well as "four skills", "five small", "two comparisons" and other mass innovation and creation activities. We should continue to focus on deepening the reform of the construction of industrial workers, implement 10 measures to organize and mobilize workers to play a major role in the construction of "two rare earth bases", and deepen the construction of innovative workshops for model workers and craftsmen. We should continue to focus on the main responsibility and main business of rights protection services, expand the effectiveness of "group organization to do practical things", deepen the caring action of "Warm Border North Xinjiang", implement the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Work of Trade Unions in the Head Platform Enterprises of the District (2024-2026), deeply implement the digital and intelligent construction project of trade unions, and firmly promote the high-quality development of trade union work in the district.
The meeting stressed that trade unions at all levels should earnestly perform their duties, play the role of mass supervision, and earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of workers' life safety and health. It is necessary to focus on key industries such as mining, hazardous chemicals, transportation, construction, gas, and fire protection, mobilize workers to extensively carry out activities such as "snapshot" of safety hazards and occupational hazards, and strive to become "expert in occupational health", strengthen labor protection supervision and inspection by trade unions, and urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility for safe production and the responsibility system for safe production of all employees. It is necessary to make full use of labor union positions such as workers' cultural palace and outdoor workers' service stations, as well as traditional and new media, strengthen the construction of workers' safety culture, and widely carry out publicity, education and training. We should polish the brand of "Ankang Cup" competition, and attract more small and medium-sized enterprises, especially new employment forms and non-public enterprises to participate in the competition. Comprehensive inspection should be carried out in key areas of key places such as the trade union's office, workers' cultural palace, club, workers' home, love post, sanatorium, etc. to ensure the safety of trade union assets and personnel.
