After finding the problem, Shang Qinggong directed Ruikun New Materials Co., Ltd. to propose a method to improve the reactive power factor and reduce the increase of reactive power. The enterprise can save more than 200000 yuan of electricity every year.
Duan Shaowei, the model worker of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical Company, led the technical team to optimize the analysis frequency, solved the technical problem of high test and analysis costs, and reduced the test costs for enterprises by more than 1.2 million yuan every year; Wu Qi, the model worker of Lianyungang City and the head of the energy technology section of Binxin Iron and Steel Group, led the team to carry out field research on issues such as Binxin Iron and Steel's energy supply to Xinhai Petrochemical. It was found that the company and Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical were both key energy users, and there were many similarities in the types of energy used. The two sides had a basis for cooperation in energy use. Therefore, they proposed to carry out energy equipment transformation with Xinhai Petrochemical at the same time, After the transformation is completed, it is expected to save 2.4 million yuan of nitrogen cost annually.
