Ni Fang, the teaching director and senior teacher of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing, started to work in 2002, engaged in teaching mathematics, and has been awarded the title of Beijing Excellent Teacher and Beijing Discipline Leader. In 2021, it won the Special Prize of Beijing Education and Teaching Achievements, and in 2022, it won the first prize of national education and teaching achievements. In 2023, he was selected into the Beijing New Era Famous Teacher Development Project Training Plan.
As a member of the Chaoyang District Mathematics Discipline Center Group, Ni Fang focused on education and scientific research in her work, presided over and participated in two national level projects and two municipal level projects. The Research on the Inheritance and Development of Ma Xinlan's Teaching Method in the New Curriculum Reform led by mathematics teachers was included in the key project of the Ministry of Education of the National Education Science Planning. It won one Beijing Basic Education Teaching Achievement Award and one Chaoyang District Basic Education Teaching Achievement Award. Two articles were published and one was written by the teaching staff.
She led teachers to carry out classroom teaching reform, and combined with the characteristics of the school and students to develop and construct school-based mathematics curriculum. Designed school-based curriculum: mathematical games, mathematical culture, mathematical thinking, and developed corresponding school-based mathematics textbooks. Actively organize and lead new young teachers and backbone teachers to carry out teaching research. Carry out overall training for new mathematics teachers, walk into the new teacher's classroom, guide teachers how to understand textbooks, prepare lessons and teach in class, and personally demonstrate and help.
At the same time, Ni Fang has undertaken various mathematical seminars organized by the school for many times, and delivered lectures in Hebei, Guiyang and Kunming, radiating education and teaching research to brother schools and promoting the development of teachers.
