Li Qiuxue is currently the director of Chaoyang District Youth Huimeng Art Service Promotion Center, an environmental transformation public welfare organization. Since graduation in 2015, he has been engaged in public service design, adhering to the simple concept of "design for society, change life with artistic design, and enhance residents' sense of gain with a beautiful community environment". In the fields of urban microenterprise space renovation and help to create a child friendly city, etc.
She traveled in the streets and alleys, led the team to work in the community, and prepared more than 1000 sets of environmental site renovation design plans. We will strive to help the people build a "beautiful China" from "food and clothing" to "environmental protection", from "survival" to "ecology", and take practical actions to help build a "beautiful China". Create hundreds of examples of urban micro renewal cases, reuse old pavilions, leisure seats, waste tires and other materials, and systematically deal with them in an artistic way, which not only reduces the potential safety hazards, but also maximizes the benefits for residents with the least funds.
Since 2023, Li Qiuxue has focused on the construction and operation of children's growth friendly space. In the process of operating children's growth friendly space, she not only stays in the components of infrastructure, but also takes more soft public welfare actions to promote the construction of children's friendly environment. These public welfare activities not only enrich children's extracurricular life, but also improve the community residents' attention to children's growth environment.
She sticks to the heart of public welfare, adheres to great love, makes efforts to contribute to the inheritance of socialist core values, and actively participates in social welfare undertakings. In the past three years, Li Qiuxue has gone to remote and poor areas such as Inner Mongolia and Hebei to investigate, donate money and materials, and provide internship and employment opportunities for hundreds of college students majoring in design.
From an ordinary designer to the person in charge of social organizations and enterprises, her spirit of innovation and hard work shows us the power of dreams and the sense of social responsibility of a designer. She has proved through practice that design can be used to solve some real problems. Every effort of her is a new work after iteration and sublimation, and continues to create a better future.
