Qing Qianliang, the head chef of the Hunan cuisine capital kitchen of the Changsha Fire Palace Head Office, a master of Hunan cuisine, and the Asia's supreme master of culinary creativity, won the Gold Award of the Fifth National Chinese Food Skills Innovation Competition of the 23rd Chef Festival and the "Best Creativity Award" of the Fifth National Chinese Food Skills Competition.  

After more than 14 years of employment, Qing Qianliang has been rooted in the front line and accumulated rich professional knowledge, skills and production experience. From ordinary employees to managers, step by step, little by little learning and accumulation.
