Extend the co construction chain and expand the coverage. In order to give full play to the role of the trade union as a courier station, the Pingyuan County Federation of Trade Unions strictly selects the site and insists on establishing each service station in the outdoor labor intensive area, so that more outdoor workers can enjoy these services. Through the mode of "trade union demonstration construction, grass-roots joint construction, and integration into joint construction", we have built one demonstration station by ourselves, and set up 15 outdoor labor service stations based on logistics express outlets, sanitation stations, driver's homes, banks and other units. Among them, the outdoor worker service station of the staff service center of Pingyuan County, the outdoor worker service station of Nanyuan, and the outdoor worker service station of the north head of Wenxing Road were successively rated as the most beautiful service station of the Federation, and two stations were awarded the "Demonstration Station" of the city's labor union outdoor worker service station.

Explore the service chain and improve the utilization rate. The Pingyuan County Federation of Trade Unions made an overall plan to improve the accuracy of services. A "warm heart gang" has been set up for workers in new forms of employment, and special assistants have been appointed to provide professional services in eight aspects, including psychological counseling, legal rights protection, and skills training. Regular psychological counseling and job skills training have been carried out for them. In combination with the location, service time and types of outdoor workers who often serve at each site, we will implement classified policies, refine services, and create the brand of "Five Gifts". More than 30 "cool" and "warm" activities were held; More than 10 "health delivery" health free clinics were held for sanitation workers; More than 20 law popularization services of "delivering the law" were provided to couriers, takeaway boys, etc; More than 20 "delivery meetings" were held to guide freight drivers, couriers and delivery boys to join the labor union. A series of activities have served more than 30000 person times, which has won unanimous praise from outdoor workers.

Strengthen the management chain and improve the satisfaction rate. The Pingyuan County Federation of Trade Unions made overall planning and comprehensively implemented the "four strong" operation mode of "strong hardware allocation+strong daily operation+strong service management+strong evaluation and reward". In terms of hardware configuration, all stations shall be equipped with tables and chairs, newspaper racks (cabinets), drinking water equipment, microwave ovens, medicine boxes, air conditioners, multi-function power sockets and other facilities to provide outdoor workers with hot meals, drinking water, rest, toilet and other services. In terms of daily operation, each station is equipped with a station master who will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the station health management and daily consumables supplement every month, register the relevant improvement, supplement and maintenance records, and standardize the daily maintenance of the station. In terms of service management, daily management regulations, service conventions and other rules and regulations are hung at each service station to standardize the station management. In terms of evaluation and reward, outdoor workers can evaluate the satisfaction of the services carried out by the station through the special QR code posted in the station. The satisfaction of each station has reached more than 99%. One station master was rated as "City Star Station Master".

Strengthen the publicity chain and improve the awareness rate. The Pingyuan County Federation of Trade Unions created eye-catching post station signs and posted a billboard of "Ten Benefits of Joining Trade Unions" to facilitate the arrival of outdoor workers.
