This year, Wu Haiying, member of the CPPCC National Committee, former vice chairman of the All China Women's Federation and secretary of the Secretariat, submitted the Proposal on Taking Positive Measures to Support the Re employment of "Full time Mothers" to the General Assembly. Wu Haiying put forward the following suggestions: first, improve the employment information service platform; second, carry out skill training for full-time mothers; third, set up flexible work and flexible employment posts for mothers; fourth, improve inclusive childcare services. In recent years, more and more stay at home mothers want to return to work, whether due to family economic pressure or personal value realization, and the topic of "stay at home mothers re employment" has attracted more and more attention. The reason why Wu Haiying's proposal is good is that she saw the key contradiction between supply and demand behind the problem through the phenomenon and put forward practical solutions.

"Improve the job search and employment information service platform", "Set up flexible work and flexible employment mother posts" to open the "road" for full-time mothers' employment, "Conduct skill training for full-time mothers' needs" to help them acquire skills and "skills" for employment, and at the same time, emphasize "improve universal care services" to reduce worries. With efforts from both sides and multiple measures, the reemployment of full-time mothers will be more smooth and secure.
