This year, Wu Haiying, member of the CPPCC National Committee, former vice chairman of the All China Women's Federation and secretary of the Secretariat, submitted the Proposal on Taking Positive Measures to Support the Re employment of "Full time Mothers" to the General Assembly. In recent years, more and more stay at home mothers want to return to work, whether due to family economic pressure or personal value realization, and the topic of "stay at home mothers re employment" has attracted more and more attention. However, compared with the demand for reemployment, the job opportunities available for full-time mothers in the market are not sufficient. Although there are "360 lines" of job hunting and employment, few of them can allow employees to balance work and childcare. Even if they want to devote themselves to work, they can hardly meet the job requirements of many positions.

It is not difficult to see that it is difficult for full-time mothers to find jobs again, because there are fewer "supply side" jobs that can take care of children, and there are also reasons for "demand side" full-time mothers' lack of employment skills. The reason why Wu Haiying's proposal is good is that she saw the key contradiction between supply and demand behind the problem through the phenomenon and put forward practical solutions.

"Improve the job search and employment information service platform", "Set up flexible work and flexible employment mother posts" to open the "road" for full-time mothers' employment, "Conduct skill training for full-time mothers' needs" to help them acquire skills and "skills" for employment, and at the same time, emphasize "improve universal care services" to reduce worries. With efforts from both sides and multiple measures, the reemployment of full-time mothers will be more smooth and secure.

Helping full-time mothers find jobs again is in line with women's personal desire to realize their life values, and is also the general trend of building a fertility friendly society. On this issue, in addition to the solution proposed by Wu Haiying, we can think more and do better.
