Luo Yongzhen entered the sheet metal industry since 1993 and joined Quanzhou Huade Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2013, focusing on the research and development of screw air compressor sheet metal technology. He has successfully promoted the integration of sheet metal shells, optimized the industrial structure and reduced costs. Facing the challenge of large screw air compressor project, he innovated "Luoshi socket process" to solve the industry problems. He overcame the processing problem of "T-shaped pillar" and sold the products to Europe and America. He also developed a welding free process to improve production efficiency and quality, and won the third prize in the Innovation Competition of Fujian Federation of Trade Unions.
