Wang Zhanglong, male, Han nationality, born in 1982 in Linfen, Shanxi Province, graduated from Shanxi Tourism Vocational College, a member of the Communist Party of China, and is now the manager of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Facial Arts Development Department of Shanxi Lihua Hotel. Over the past 23 years, he has been committed to the concentrated research, in-depth practice, innovative development and extensive publicity of Shanxi's pasta culture. After years of learning and practicing skills, while inheriting Shanxi's traditional pasta production skills, he has successively created more difficult and ornamental Shanxi innovative pasta performances, such as "dough blowing balloons", "stilt hula hoop scissors noodles" and "noodle handkerchiefs". As a propaganda envoy of Shanxi pasta culture, he also brought Shanxi pasta culture out of the country, to more than 30 countries and 70 cities, so that people around the world can understand the profound cultural heritage of Shanxi@ Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions
