There are 22 people in the trial assembly team of the Gaodingquan factory of Markor International Furniture (Tianjin) Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is composed of three modules, namely, PTP CNC machining center, CNC six side drilling machining center, and trial assembly center. The team is mainly responsible for trial assembly of cabinet products, early inspection of whether there are defects in products, etc., with an average daily production capacity of 30 orders. The team is full of experts, each with unique skills. Through simulated scene trial installation, the one-time installation qualification rate reached more than 95%, bringing customers a high-quality purchase experience.
