1、 Main contents of entrusted audit business

1. Audit items such as asset inventory and financial revenue and expenditure of Tibet Office of China Mutual Insurance Association for Employees (audit time limit: June 2020 to September 30, 2023)

2. The economic responsibility audit of the director of the Tibet Office of the China Workers' Insurance Association (audit time limit: March 25, 2022 to September 19, 2023)

（3） Project budget amount

Within 40000 yuan (maximum limit: 40000 yuan only).

（4） Audit needs

1. Summarize and write a special audit report in quadruplicate on the asset inventory and financial revenue and expenditure of the Tibet Office of the China Mutual Insurance Association for Employees in recent three years.

2. Audit the outgoing economic responsibility of the director of the Tibet office of the China Workers Insurance Mutual Association, and issue the economic responsibility audit report in quadruplicate according to the requirements of the Notice on Regulating the Outgoing Audit Report of the Office Director (ZHMSZ [2020] No. 3).

2、 Supplier qualification requirements (provided during registration)

（1） Relevant documents proving that the supplier has the ability to independently bear civil liability (including business license, identity certificate of natural person and other documents);

（2） Materials proving the equipment and professional technical ability necessary for the performance of the contract;

（3） A written statement that there are no major illegal records in business activities within three years before participating in government procurement activities;

（4） The main person in charge of the project proposed by the supplier shall have professional skills and qualifications appropriate to the audit matters;

（5） Cases of audit projects carried out since 2020 (performance catalogue and relevant supporting materials are bound in a volume);

（6） Provide screenshots of queries not listed in the records of dishonest persons and major tax violations on "Credit China" and "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" (screenshots are within 10 days before the deadline for inquiry);

（7） This quotation letter for audit business.

The above sealed documents shall be delivered to the designated place with the official seal before the deadline, and the contact person and telephone number shall be reserved. If the participant fails to provide the above relevant supporting materials before the deadline for bid submission, it will be deemed as ineligible for bidding and will not participate in the negotiation.

3、 Supplier registration and selection method

（1） On site registration. Within 3 working days from the date of this announcement, the supplier shall bring valid certificates and sealed quotation related materials to the designated location.

（2） Select the method. The quotation of the supplier shall not be higher than the budget control number this time. The compliance of the quotation documents of the applicant shall be reviewed. After the review is qualified, the supplier shall be determined as the winner through comprehensive comparison according to the quotation, qualification, performance, reputation, etc. When the first candidate unit gives up the service work or fails to fulfill its commitment for other reasons after receiving the notification of confirmation of the candidate, the second candidate unit will take its quotation as the candidate unit for this inquiry, and so on.
