Jiang Yuliang has been working at the road maintenance post for more than 20 years. He has mastered the operation of various mechanical equipment. He is not only a "generalist" in his work, an expert in loader operation, but also an "inventor" of road maintenance equipment improvement technology. He participated in the "2014 China Skills Competition" on behalf of Yunnan Provincial Highway Bureau, and won the second prize of loader operation and the title of "National Technical Expert".
