Shi Xiaotang, female, born in 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a catalytic reforming unit operator of Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Branch, a super technician, and a master of Sinopec Group. He has won Hebei Model Worker, Hebei May Day Labor Medal, Hebei Outstanding Contribution Technician, Hebei Craftsman, and Sinopec Famous Craftsman Etc.

With 28 years of hard work and dedication, she has grown from an ordinary refining operator to a leading representative of highly skilled talents in Sinopec Group. It has successfully completed the unit startup and shutdown maintenance tasks for 8 times, led the successful completion of classic cases such as the continuous reforming unit's smooth operation at 45% low load, and coping with the test of extreme cold weather at minus 23 ℃, and successfully completed the six tasks of the Group's 2019 continuous reforming unit research. Due to her superb technology, she participated in the formulation of the Guidelines for Shutdown and Start up of Continuous Reforming Unit of the group company, and also participated in the technical services for the first start-up of the 400000 t/a countercurrent bed continuous reforming unit of Cangzhou Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. as an expert. The research group she participated in for the localization and installation of reactor internals of UOP continuous reforming unit in the United States filled the gap in China. Led the establishment of the topic of "Comprehensive Optimization of Heating Furnace Operation, Energy Saving, Consumption Reduction and Environmental Protection Emission", saved 2417 standard gas/hour and achieved an annual efficiency of 16.7719 million yuan.
