Li Hengkun, male, born in April 1965, is the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage of Xingbai porcelain from Yuxin Chuanying Studio in Neiqiu County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, the annual figure of "Xingtai Craftsman", and the winner of "May Day Labor Medal of Xingtai City".

This comrade has devoted himself to the research of Xingyao culture and the skills of firing and repairing Xingyao for more than 20 years, and has carried out a series of work of protecting and inheriting Xingyao culture. In particular, the Xingyao kiln firing and restoration technology is unique and skilled. After years of research and experiments, the selection and compatibility of firing materials, the use and efficacy of kiln furniture of Xing Kiln in Sui and Tang dynasties have been explored, which can fully demonstrate the ancient firing process and kiln environment, and has a positive auxiliary role in explaining the firing technology of Xing Kiln. Since the compilation of Neiqiu County Annals in 2000, we have been deeply studying the culture of Xingyao and exploring the skills of firing and repairing Xingyao. In 2015, Li Hengkun Xingyao Restoration and Innovation Studio was founded to build a research field of Xingyao culture. Through the analysis of Xing Kiln porcelain pieces and kiln furniture, the selection of local ceramic raw materials, auxiliary kiln furniture and other methods, repeated tests, we have mastered the firing and repair techniques of Xing Kiln. A complete set of antique models of kiln furniture, musical instruments Xun, Banhu Piao, and stationery were repaired and fired, and many innovative achievements were made. In 2018, the "Xingyao Ceramic Musical Instrument Burning Skill" led by the company was selected into the fifth batch of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage in Neiqiu County, and was recognized as a representative inheritor. More than 50 professional articles of Xingyao were published in provincial and municipal newspapers and magazines.
