Ma Mingbo, male, born in December 1980, is a research and development engineer of Hengshui Youjite New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and the third level candidate of the "three three talent project" in Hebei Province. The "multi-functional series load-bearing composite manhole cover" products developed were exhibited at the first national innovation exchange conference of large country craftsmen, making outstanding contributions to composite material research and development.
In 2011, he came to the company to engage in mechanical design of composite equipment. He led the team to carry out technical research and innovation around the technical barriers and weak links of products, developed an integrated winding device for large-diameter FRP chimney stiffeners, a four-axis linkage winding machine test platform used for the verification of winding procedures of composite equipment, and a test block processing machine used on site. In 2016, he led the company's special project of manhole covers for gas stations, led the team to develop and design 23 kinds of products, including 6 kinds of composite operating well series for gas stations, 5 kinds of load-bearing manhole covers for gas stations, 2 kinds of non load-bearing manhole covers for gas stations, 4 kinds of grate series for gas stations, 1 kind of flange base series, and 4 kinds of composite eaves panels for gas stations, The above products are all patented products. A total of 38 patents have been applied for the above products, including 4 invention patents, 17 utility model patents, and 13 appearance patents. During the period, 4 papers were published. In 2019, the company was rated as a small giant enterprise of science and technology in Hebei Province and a national small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology. In 2022, the products will be exhibited at the first national innovation exchange conference of large country craftsmen. This product has been applied to Sinopec, PetroChina and other gas stations in batch, and its export models have been successfully sold to Malaysia and Australia.
