Sun Xiaoxia, who had just arrived at her post and graduated from a chemical engineering major, didn't know what a fire cap or lighter was, so she had to start from scratch. With project problems in her mind, she will write down her ideas at any time, and study when inspiration comes, so that the reliability of some initiating explosive devices used in the aerospace field can be improved from 0.99 to 0.9999.

Sun Xiaoxia is responsible for the development of charge components for ignition of a missile engine. The innovative design of high-temperature resistant coating structure and multi loading and multi pressure charge structure has realized high-energy ignition under low temperature and low pressure environment, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level; Responsible for developing a national key engineering model project. After several tests of various schemes, the bottleneck problem of poor reliability under high temperature was overcome, and the technical problem of non failure and reliable function under 250 ℃ high temperature was solved. The two types of products were produced in batches, creating an output value of more than 50 million yuan; I was responsible for a key scientific research project of Ordnance Industry Group, and innovatively designed the ignition series of sensitive fast ignition composition - high-energy sealed ignition composition - fast burning rate delay composition - slow burning rate tungsten delay composition (body), which realized the delay function of high-precision long second measuring gunpowder

When talking about how to achieve high-frequency R&D innovation, she mentioned three key words: continuity, detail and source. In order to stay ahead of the industry, she spent a lot of leisure time "brushing" papers, browsing tens of thousands of papers and downloading thousands of papers. In order to ensure the feasibility of her design, she never missed every parameter and detail on the drawing. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of products, she insists on the reasonable source of structural design and process design. She has to track the whole process from drawing, assembly to acceptance, so that the initiating explosive device developed from this can work accurately.
