Agger is the inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project "Diqing Tibetan Medicine (Bone Trauma Therapy)". she Influenced by his family when he was young, he followed his parents to learn the traditional Tibetan medical bone injury therapy of the Nowabahenthi family from the age of three. Now he is the youngest and best folk traditional Tibetan medicine and Tibetan medical bone healing doctor in Diqing Prefecture. In 1998, after graduation, Agger worked in the Tibetan Medical Department of Deqin County People's Hospital. With the support and help of hospital leaders, he overcame difficulties and founded the first ever Deqin County Tibetan Orthopaedics and Traumatology Department, which cured tens of thousands of patients every year.
