The first stop in the morning, we came to the High tech Zone Yada Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to visit and investigate. We visited the production workshop of the enterprise with reasonable layout and advanced equipment and the powerful staff activity room, and had in-depth exchanges on the work of the trade union with the relevant comrades of the trade union of the enterprise in the conference room. After Sun Xiaoru, the chairman of the trade union of the Asian University, reported on the overall development trend of the enterprise and the overall work of the trade union, we gave specific and in-depth guidance on the construction of the workers' home, democratic management of the enterprise, labor skills competition and other aspects, and put forward targeted suggestions. I also shared some good working ideas and innovations mentioned in the course system of the construction of workers' homes that I summarized and sorted out earlier, and encouraged the comrades of the trade union of enterprises to improve their thinking and planning from the four functions of the trade union, namely, "participation, maintenance, construction and education", in addition to maintaining their good experience and practices, While earnestly safeguarding the rights and interests of staff members, we can effectively gather the wisdom of the masses, improve the comprehensive quality of staff, optimize production and management details, truly achieve win-win situation between labor and capital, and better promote the healthy development of the enterprise by implementing the factory affairs openness, democratic management system, carrying out skills competition activities, organizing lean management training classes and other aspects.
The second stop is Changchun Wantong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As the enterprise is expanding, we came to the forum directly. Yang Zhongsheng, the chairman of the trade union of the enterprise, put forward many good practices in the overall report on the work of the trade union of the enterprise, especially his work idea of "combining the work of the trade union with the development of the enterprise, and combining the party masses construction with the work of the trade union", which was unanimously recognized by everyone. After that, we also sorted out and analyzed the reasons why the work of the trade union of Changchun Wantong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was carried out in a vibrant way - competent and responsible comrades, united trade union team, clear working ideas, bold innovation awareness, positive attitude of responsibility, and so on. When I left, I sincerely invited Chairman Yang Zhongsheng to share his experiences and practices as the chairman of the grassroots trade union in the training class organized by the General Grass roots Work Department of Sichuan Province.
In the afternoon, we and the Changchun New Area Federation of Trade Unions held a learning training and knowledge contest, and a promotion meeting for the integration of meeting and standing at home in Silicon Valley Street. The knowledge contest takes the form of examination, which mainly assesses the learning of the party history knowledge and trade union knowledge of the trade union cadres in the new town (street). We and the cadres of the Changchun New Area Federation of Trade Unions approved the papers on the spot, awarded the first, second and third prizes, and issued certificates of honor. After the exam, everyone got something.
