For the establishment of grass-roots trade unions, the working group proposed to strengthen ideological and political guidance, take the initiative to provide door-to-door services, and dispel the concerns of enterprises about the establishment of trade unions. For some small and micro enterprises without full-time trade union cadres, the working group believes that some functions, such as legal consultation, psychological consultation, difficult assistance, and even the birthday activities of employees and the company's league building, should be concentrated in the staff service center of the park to explore the new experience of staff service in the park.

Give play to the "head goose" effect of enterprise trade unions

On August 13, the working group investigated in a photoelectric technology company in Guangdong and learned that a total of eight enterprises with independent legal personality in the park where the enterprise is located belong to the upstream and downstream associated enterprises of the same industrial chain, which is equivalent to an enterprise group. Among them, there are 3 companies with more than 100 employees, and the staff and welfare are all led by the company, which is responsible for unified scheduling. The company hopes to establish a labor union to cover 8 subordinate enterprises. The working group realized that the idea of the company may be a new idea to promote the establishment of trade unions in the new era, but it needs to break the original barriers to the establishment of trade unions. To this end, the working group, on the one hand, actively reports the situation to the superior trade union; On the other hand, guide enterprises to complete relevant work according to standardized procedures, and focus on follow-up tracking and implementation.

The reporter learned that the working group visited at least 4 enterprises on average every week, and found out the main reasons why more than 60 enterprises with more than 100 people in the Torch Development Zone did not establish the conference. After learning about the situation, the working group will talk about policies and data to enterprises, give play to the "head goose" effect of trade unions of established enterprises, especially those of the same type of enterprises, so that they can feel the benefits of the association through people and things around them, and dispel their concerns. "The lack of effective tracking services in the establishment work is also one of the reasons why it is difficult for enterprises to carry out the work of building trade unions. We will continue to increase our research and visits, adhere to the goal oriented and problem oriented, focus on the establishment work of trade unions in enterprises with more than 100 people who have not built trade unions, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, precise measures, and strengthen follow-up tracking services." On August 4, we went to Bokai Community to support the vaccination work of Xinguan, and went to Sanzhou Street Vaccination Point, Meiweixian Vaccination Point, and the Public Security Branch of Torch Development Zone to carry out the "epidemic prevention with you, care with me" condolence activity.

From July 24 to August 4, a "humanistic care staff service team" was established to provide 24-hour psychological assistance, help seeking, consultation and question answering services for staff in the epidemic control area.

On August 12, I went to Zhongshan Zhangjiabian Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. to investigate and understand the standardized construction of the staff service center site.
