"How many trade union members are there? How is the trade union fund formed? How is the staff bookstore managed at ordinary times? How are the medical reimbursement rules formulated for employees..." On July 15, a group of "special guests" were visiting the work of the trade union in Foxconn Chongqing Science Park. They are more than 50 representatives from more than 20 non-public enterprises in all districts and counties of Chongqing, and they came to participate in the 2021 work promotion meeting of non-public enterprises such as Chongqing laptop.

"Further promoting the establishment of non-public enterprises such as laptop computers is one of the work contents of our working group." Li Yingmin, vice minister of the Finance Department of the All China Federation of Trade Unions and leader of the Chongqing based working group, talked about the original intention of holding this promotion meeting. At the meeting, Wang Gengjie, the chief staff member of the Information and Data Department of the Information Center of the All China Federation of Trade Unions and a member of the Chongqing based working group, gave a lecture on the knowledge of China's trade unions.

Li Yingmin said that in recent years, the construction of grassroots trade unions in Chongqing has made continuous breakthroughs, and more and more non-public enterprises such as laptop computers have consciously put the work of trade unions into the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and high-quality development to think, plan and study, and boost the business development of enterprises.

In addition, the working group also went to Chongqing Baihe Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Corporation of China and Chongqing Chang'an Kuayue Vehicle Co., Ltd. for field research and held a special research forum on the construction of industrial workers in the new era.

The reporter learned that the working group of the All China Federation of Trade Unions stationed in Chongqing had discussions and exchanges with the Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions, the Liangjiang New Area Federation of Trade Unions, the Wanzhou District Federation of Jiulongpo District Federation and other trade unions at all levels. We conducted in-depth research on nearly 40 enterprises and industrial parks, and face-to-face communication with nearly 200 enterprises, park managers, grassroots trade union cadres, and front-line workers.

"Come from the masses, go to the masses.
