Xu Peng Youth Commando of the First Company of China Construction First Engineering Bureau was established in 2019. There are 60 young commandos under 35 years old, with an average age of 28, accounting for 91% of the total number of project staff. Since its establishment, the team has always taken the project's full cycle fine management, vigorously cultivating high-quality talents, and comprehensively expanding brand influence as its original intention and mission. Based on the Danzhou Sports Center project, the team has radiated business to the western region of Hainan, undertaken provincial and municipal activities for many times, won several key projects, and cultivated many outstanding talents.
