Huang Hong is the only female sky lathe worker in the team, who is responsible for operating the metallurgical crane, which is an uncommon type of work in the ironmaking process of the metallurgical industry. The crane she operates is equipped with two hooks, one large and one small, to hook the molten iron tank. Many lifting operations require the cooperation of two hooks at the same time, which increases the difficulty of lifting. The hook is equipped with a huge cast iron long hook with a length of 3 meters. The long hook needs to hook the designated hook mouth of the molten iron tank before dumping molten iron.
