Ma Jixiao, male, Hui nationality, was born in December 1961. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and an economist with a college degree in the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. He is currently the vice chairman of the CPPCC Qinghai Provincial Committee, the chairman of the provincial federation of trade unions, and the vice chairman of the All China Federation of Trade Unions (concurrently).
