Zhang Maohua, male, Han nationality, born in January 1963, with a university degree and a master's degree, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is currently a member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, secretary of the Secretariat of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, member of the Party Leadership Group, and head of the Organization Department (concurrently).
