Primary and secondary schools:
In order to implement the spirit of the National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy (2021-2035) and improve the practical ability and innovative thinking level of aviation science and technology of our city's youth, the municipal education bureau, the municipal science and technology bureau and the municipal science and technology association decided to jointly hold the 8th National Youth UAV Competition Wenling City Trials. The relevant matters are notified as follows.

6、 Rules
Students should register according to the requirements of the selection contest. In addition to filling in the registration information, they should also attach their student ID photos. Before the formal competition, the participating students must carry their own entry cards to confirm with the referee teacher. The competition can only be carried out after confirmation. If there is any discrepancy, the students will be disqualified. If students lose their entry certificates or are unable to participate due to other circumstances, they must provide proof materials stamped by the school.
7、 Organization
（1） The organizing committee of the event will organize the registration uniformly. Wenling City trials will be registered according to the project. The number of applicants for each project will be determined according to the size of the school. The number of applicants for 1000 students and above will not exceed 15, the number of applicants for less than 1000 will not exceed 10, and the number of applicants for each project of aviation characteristic schools will not exceed 30.
（2） Contestants must be current students of the school, and the school must apply for accidental personal injury insurance (a unified certificate issued by the school or a copy of the student's personal insurance), and hold a health certificate (medical examination file) issued by the hospital.
（3） Registration method: Each school must send the electronic version of the application form (Annex 1) to the email address before May 10 974780117@qq.com 。
8、 Fees
The competition is not for profit and does not charge any fees from students or schools.
9、 Reward settings
（1） According to the number of participants in each category of each project, the first prize, the second prize and the third prize respectively account for 10%, 20% and 30% of the number of participants.
（2） Excellent instructor: The instructor who has won the first prize for the instructor will be awarded the certificate of "Excellent Instructor".
（3） Excellent organization award: according to the order of the total points awarded by the representative team (3 points/group for the first prize, 2 points/group for the second prize, 1 point/group for the third prize, and 0.1 points/group for the participation), the excellent organization award will be selected according to 10% of the total number of participating representative teams.
10、 Teacher training
The sponsor will arrange a day of centralized training for school tutors. No fees will be charged for the training. Each school will assign 1-2 teachers to participate in the training. Please pay attention to your preparations.

11、 Others
（1） The Competition Rules, seat arrangement, registration form, various dynamic information and results of the competition will be published on the website of the Municipal Education Bureau. Please pay attention to them in time.
（2） Competitors must bring their own equipment and production tools that meet the competition rules, otherwise they will be disqualified from the competition.
（3） According to the regulations of CAAC, if the weight of UAV is more than 250g, please visit the relevant website of CAAC（ https://uas.caac.gov.cn/login ）Report. Each team must provide a registration certificate when registering, otherwise they cannot participate in the competition. Please consult the organizing committee for details.
（4） All schools should attach great importance to safety assurance to ensure the safe and orderly activities. Each team must prepare a security plan in advance and report it to the organizer for filing, implement the management responsibilities of the team leader and coach, and ensure the safety of the whole training and competition. All contestants must compete in strict accordance with the referee's instructions.
（5） The sponsor will carry out the event activities in strict accordance with the specifications of the Ministry of Education and unified management in accordance with the Methods for Organizing and Managing the Regional Competition of the National Youth Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Competition. The equipment required by the students participating in the competition will be prepared by the schools and students themselves. The schools and students who really have difficulties will provide equipment support after the written application is reviewed by the sponsor.
（6） The final interpretation right of competition rules and regulations belongs to the organization unit of this competition.
