In the afternoon of February 8, Wenling Education Development Research Institute was inaugurated. Municipal leaders Ma Licai, Li Sendi and Wang Minfeng attended the founding ceremony.

Wenling Education Development Research Institute is integrated by the former Education Science Research Office of the Bureau of Education and the former Wenling Teachers' Education College. It is mainly responsible for the city's primary and secondary school teaching business guidance, educational reform exploration and academic research, and popularization of educational scientific knowledge and educational research achievements.

Ma Licai, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, warmly congratulated the Institute on its establishment. He hoped that the Institute would carry out in-depth exploration and academic research on education and teaching reform, build a high-level cooperation platform, exchange platform and scientific research platform for the high-quality development of education in our city, train and transport more high-level discipline teams, high-level teachers, high-quality top-notch talents, and create a Wenling model of "excellent learning in Zhejiang". Focusing on the theme of building famous schools, discipline construction, teacher training, and excellent student training, we should carry out all-round and in-depth theoretical and practical exploration with the cooperative institutions, and work together to build a new model of strategic cooperation and collaborative innovation. We should give full play to the role of the Education Development Advisory Committee as a "think tank", provide more macro, thematic and scientific policy advice and reference suggestions for the development of our city's education, focus on solving education bottlenecks, accurately evaluate the effectiveness of policy implementation, and promote the quality and efficiency of our city's education development.

On the same day, Li Sendi, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Leader of the Education Leading Group of the Municipal Party Committee, and the person in charge of the Municipal Education Bureau inaugurated Wenling Education Development Research Institute. The Municipal Education Bureau also signed a project cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Normal University, set up Wenling Education Development Advisory Committee at the same time, and issued letters of appointment to the representatives attending the meeting.
